Located along a defining green corridor, the Campushaus integrates into the existing urban structure while enhancing pedestrian and cycling connections and preserving mature trees. Public-facing spaces such as workshop hall, foyer, and community kitchen open towards the landscape, creating an inviting and accessible environment. Workshops, labs, and advisory spaces are closely linked to these central areas, enabling flexible use and productive synergies. The resulting structure supports adaptability and future development.
The building also acts as a demonstrator for sustainable construction, combining the reuse of an existing structure with ecological materials to create a resource-efficient and adaptable architecture. Overall, the project merges education, community, and sustainability into an open and versatile place that encourages active participation and long-term evolution.
