The inviting building fosters activity, interaction, and discovery, offering ample space for experimentation and exploration. It combines diverse programs under one roof: a daycare center, school, workshops and creative labs, a digital learning center, health and fitness facilities, urban gardening areas, and a café. A variety of outdoor spaces with appealing amenities complements the scheme, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces.
Level 1-3
At the heart of the building, the central agora serves as a meeting place and venue for community events. Open to the surrounding landscape in summer, the agora is more enclosed during winter. It thus creates a flexible, climate-responsive space that connects all areas across three floors. A ramp ensures barrier-free access to all parts of the building. Designed for long-term adaptability, the sustainable structure can be easily adjusted to both seasonal changes and the evolving needs of its users. The upper floors feature adaptable spaces that extend onto broad terraces — places for relaxation, outdoor learning, and potential future expansion.
The structure is conceived to adjust to climatic changes: it relies less on energy consumption and more on thoughtful architectural responses. The facade, with fixed shading and light-directing elements, responds to the path of the sun and can also be seasonally adapted. In winter, clear films drawn across the facade preheat incoming air for natural ventilation. This makes our commitment to sustainability an element of the everyday for users and visitors
