As part of Munich’s school building initiative, the project includes a five-stream primary school, a double sports hall, a childcare facility, and underground parking. Located within a new mixed-use urban district, the ensemble forms a clear edge towards the street while protecting learning spaces from noise. The buildings are arranged to create a publicly accessible forecourt and a diverse schoolyard conceived as an educational landscape. Green connections and open spaces link the campus with its surroundings, encouraging interaction between school and neighborhood.

The school is organized around a central, spacious staircase that acts as the main circulation and communication hub, visually connecting key functions such as sports hall, cafeteria, and outdoor areas. Transparent and flexible shared spaces support multifunctional use. Learning clusters are arranged in a star-shaped configuration across upper floors, enabling adaptable and collaborative learning environments. Roof landscapes with greenery provide additional outdoor spaces for education, recreation, and community use.
