As part of the evolving campus masterplan, the four-story building serves as the main gateway and identity-forming element of the southern campus. Its design expresses openness and visibility while representing the brand beyond the site boundaries. The concept is based on a flexible, organism-like structure that supports evolving work patterns and encourages communication. Traditional office layouts are replaced by adaptable, modular workspaces organized within a clear structural grid.
At ground level, a landscaped, open environment connects interior and exterior, guiding visitors into the campus. Above, three floating office levels are arranged around daylight-optimized courtyards, ensuring high spatial quality and natural light. A central atrium connects all floors visually and spatially, while decentralized hubs on each level act as key meeting points for collaboration and exchange. Open staircases and galleries link the spaces vertically and horizontally, creating a dynamic and interconnected workplace.
A tailored external shading system responds to orientation and solar conditions, optimizing daylight and energy performance while reinforcing the sculptural form of the building. The result is a highly flexible, communicative, and sustainable office building that embodies a forward-looking work environment.
